A 12th standard student staying in Chhani, Vadodara committed suicide on Friday.
Vishal Dineshbhai Parmar had taken a drop after completing his 10th standard exams and was giving his 12th standard exams as an external student. He was stressed about not being well prepared for his exams.
He lived with his family in Indralok society in Chhani. The 20-year-old was watching TV when his father had gone out of the house for business purposes and his mother was sitting outside on the porch. Parmar went to his room and hung himself.
The police were immediately called to the scene and they registered it as an accident.
