Six months before, Vadodara Airport had only two connectivities that are for Delhi and Mumbai. But after its newly integrated construction as per international standards, flight connectivity and the number of passengers have increased by 50%.
Six months ago there were just 20 operational flights commuting to and fro with an average of 2500 passengers. And now it has increased to 16 operational flights with an average of 3600 passengers.
Due to its new modernised construction, people have begun expecting for the further connectivities with other cities as well as with other countries.
As of now, the connectivity has increased to cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai.
And Vadodara Airport is the only nearest airport to the tallest statue of the world, Statue of Unity. It’ll help in boosting the tourism of the city.
