It was expected that during Diwali vacation there will be a heavy rush of visitors, but due to lack of information about online booking, closing-opening time, etc long queues were seen and people had to face the mismanagement. As per media reports on the day of Gujarati New Year, 18000+ visitors were there which gave whooping ticket collection of 36 lakh.

Gujarat Government issued the public notice that capacity Observation View gallery has a daily capacity to cater 5000 people only, two elevator to reach the viewing gallery which can operate for 5000 people daily. Premises remains open for public between 9 a.m to 5 p.m
