His friend then contacted Bhavesh Ghanshyam Valand and said that it would cost Rs 18 lakhs, and paid an advance of Rs 1.50 lakh on tickets. Rs 2.50 lakh was deposited to convert it into pounds at Delhi. They stayed in Delhi, on the agent’s assurance that they will get tickets in two days.
