He dedicated the first-ever self-funded Karjan Nagarpalika new building, which cost around Rs. 8 crores, and repaired Swami Vivekananda Lake, which cost Rs. 3 crores.

A total of 578 residents in Karjan taluka have received loans totaling more than 65 lakh for small companies; 790 residents got residential houses for Rs.27 crores. Karjan taluka is working hard to become one of the most developed talukas in the state.

Karjan Municipality’s new facility features 14 state-of-the-art offices, conference halls, and catering. Every office got outfitted with CCTV cameras, ensuring the municipality administrations’ cleanliness and that every officer is monitored. There are distinct seating arrangements for senior persons, and the entire facility is fire-safe. In addition, a generator got installed to provide electricity for 24 hours. Shortly, the entire building will be connected to a solar energy system to save electricity.
