New Student Start-Up and Innovation Policy at the Education Summit, the program is now extended for 5 years, students to receive Rs.5 crore funding. 

The two-day ‘International Conference of Academic Institutions’, organized as part of Vibrant Gujarat Education Summit-2022 at Science City, Ahmedabad, was opened in the presence of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel unveiled the Student Startup and Innovation Policy (SSIP 2.0) on the occasion of the inauguration of the International Conference of Academic Institutions (ICAI-2022). The exhibition features stalls of 54 university institutions. 

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said that this National Education Policy has to play a vital role in building a new India. An extensive education system as per requirements will require a lot of work to be done to provide that arrangement. Today, there are 91 universities in Gujarat, and more than 2860 institutions are imparting modern knowledge to the youth.
