Our father/brother Shree Manubhai Ranchodlal Shah, Subhashbhai Shah and Krushnakant Ranchodlal Shah have been a part of this journey. The small shop evolved into one of the leading shops due to the hard work of our brother Shri Manubhai Shah. The strong values, hard work and affable nature of the RMS founders earned them the reputation of being one of the leading names in women’s traditional apparel. Through these years, they have lent a personal touch to their business, by being in direct touch with their customers.
In the year 1983, “Gauri” group was established. With the vision of creating the best and inculcating core Indian values, in the year 1992, the showroom of “Gauri” Saree was founded in the western part of Vadodara. This store was managed by Shri Subhashbhai Shah and Lalabhai (Vitthalbhai) Shah. With his business acumen, simple and honest nature, brother Lalabhai Shah took the business to new heights of success.
With the passage of time, Shri Sandip Krushnakant Shah and Shri Mayank Krushnakant Shah joined in, lending a fresh business approach that would eventually take the mantle of ‘Gauri’ to the next level. The second showroom of “Gauri” – Chaniya Choli and Readymade Dress Material was launched in the year 2016 at Center Point Alkapuri, which is managed by Shri Vraj Vitthalbhai Shah.
