The government has declared lockdown for 21 Days and everyone is expected to stay at home for maintaining social distancing. It might become frustrating to just stay at home, not go out, not be able to hit the gym or play cricket. This could further increase stress levels, demotivate and lead to fatigue.
So, here is a list of things you should try out during these times:
BE AWARE
Being aware is extremely important. One should be aware of his/her emotions and feelings and also be aware of happenings outside their home.

- Write down your thoughts in a diary to be aware of your own emotions.
- Make a list of things you are grateful for.

STAY HEALTHY
