A 19-Year-Old was found dead in Castor field in Mandala village of Dabhoi taluka

The murder of Trisha Solanki of Vadodara city is still under investigation. When a dead body of a 19-year-old tribal girl was found in a castor field in Mandala village of Dabhoi Taluka. A preliminary police investigation has revealed that unidentified assailants killed a young woman choking her with a dupatta. Dabhoi police have started an investigation with the help of the Dog squad along with a postmortem of the girl by a panel doctor to find the unidentified killers.

According to a complaint lodged at the Dabhoi police station, the girl a native of Makadkhada village in Narmada district stays with Kadia Vasava’s family who works at farms of Jash Patel, a resident of Mandala village in Dabhoi taluka of Vadodara district and earns a living by farming. The body of their 19-year-old daughter Anju was found dead on the ground of a castor farm on the evening of March 25 by  Deepak Patel, a resident of the village.

The complaint states that in the afternoon of the 24th of March she had gone to use the toilet but she did not return until late at night, the family began to search for the girl. Meanwhile, Anju’s body was found on Deepak Patel’s farm. The family informed the Dabhoi police about the incident. Along with that DYSP of the Dabhoi division, the team rushed to the spot.  A preliminary investigation by the police revealed that Anju Vasava was strangled to death by a stranger with a dupatta. Following the murder of a tribal girl in Vadodara after the murder of Trisha Solanki in a love affair, the police have taken the incident seriously and started a thorough investigation to differentiate the murder.

DYSP Kalpesh Solanki informed that Anju was strangled to death, was killed at a certain time. A panel doctor would post-mortem Anju’s body at Dabhoi Government Hospital to find out whether the killers had committed atrocities on her before the murder for which the proceedings have been initiated. In addition to this, the FSL started an investigation with the help of the Dog squad. Inquiries have also been launched into the suspects and persons with close ties to Anju. At present, a case has been registered against unknown persons at Dabhoi police station and action has been taken against them.
