Since lockdown has been implemented many migrants are stranded in different cities where they were working. Government is gradually making arrangements for these migrants to send them back to their homes. Many started walking towards their homes and few chose to go by cycle.
Today a dead body and a cycle was spotted by a man on Karjan highway few meters ahead of toll naka. He called 108 ambulance and the doctor declared him dead. Meanwhile, Karjan police was informed about this incident. Police found Aadhar card and Company’s ID from his pocket. Based on Aadhar card police retrieved his information; name was Raju Japati aged 40 years and the address written on it was Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
His brother was informed from his mobile.
