Gym owner booked for forgery and cheating

Dr. Devang Shah an investor at Alivez Gym lodged a complaint of cheating and forgery of his signature at Vadodara Crime Branch against the Kailash Jadav and the other three. The accuse has been booked under sections of cheating and forgery.

The FIR states that the accuse made Devang Shah, invest Rs 97 lakh in the gym business back in 2015 with assured good returns. Later by doing the fake signatures of the Devang, accuse and the other three people were involved to get loans sanctioned from HDFC Bank, Indusind Bank and NeoGrow agency. The complaint mentioned the more funds were needed to operate and expand the business. The involvement of  Bank employees will be investigated by the police.
