In anticipation of the Bhadravi Poonam Mahamela, set to grace Ambaji, one of Gujarat’s revered pilgrimage destinations, preparations are in full swing to accommodate the multitude of pilgrims. To ensure the convenience of devotees flocking to Ambaji from every corner of Gujarat, the state transport administration, the state’s transport authority, has completed arrangements for a fleet of 1200 to 1500 buses.
Starting from locations such as Ahmedabad’s RTO Circle and Gabbar Circle, these buses will connect pilgrims to key destinations including Disa, Palanpur, Siddpur, and even Rajasthan. Gabbar Circle alone will host 25 buses catering to Rajasthan-bound travelers, while other routes will serve Himmatnagar, Mehsana, and various places across Gujarat.
The state transport additional bus services aim to simplify the transportation needs of pilgrims traveling to and from Ambaji. Recognizing the ever-increasing number of devotees year after year, meticulous arrangements have been made to ensure the smooth operation of all routes within Gujarat. This year, the fair will see buses operating from consistent locations, enhancing the overall travel experience for pilgrims compared to previous years.
As the countdown to the Mahamela begins, the administration and ST Tantra are committed to providing seamless transportation, allowing devotees to focus on their spiritual journey at this significant event in Ambaji.
