Bar Association begins emergency cases in court from today

Lawyer Harshad Parmar, a former member of the Baroda Bar Association said that the court had been closed for the five months due to the Coronavirus induced pandemic. After Unlock-2, the court resumed work through e-filing by the lawyers. The proceedings of the emergency cases started in Unlock-3 by the lawyers. The guidelines for COVID-19 is being followed strictly.

Each lawyer has to submit their emergency case in a closed cover in a window prepared inside the court. The lawyer will have to present the reasons for the emergency case. The case paper will remain in the court treasury for 24 hours. Case papers provided in closed cover by lawyers will be sanitized.

With the cooperation of MLA Nalinbhai Patel and MLA Ranjit Singh Rathore, sanitization, masks have been distributed to the lawyers. Their team has also been applauded by the judges. All the lawyers have expressed that the routine work will start soon.
