The World Cup brings with it a lot of injuries and pain, just how a daily workout session does. The difference is that the pain is sweet and can be healed honestly rather than fooling your body by taking harmful steroid pills and drinks.
Steroids have a rather damaging effect on our body – they may give instant pain relief from the injury or aching, but are destructive for the long terms. It has become a trend to look good, feel good, however to be a part of the competition and attain faster results, athletes, actors and even people like you and me give in to steroid abuse. Abusing steroids has led to the death of 17 in Delhi, which makes it a self-destructive way of being a part of the competition.
To shed light on the correct way of building a body for competitive goals, or just for your own benefit, Alivez Gym and Fitness Centre has organized a 3-day program at their Race Course Centre. UK’s renowned Body Builder John Hodgson will be present at the event, who is known for building his body with the right food and training hard. He is also known to encourage the youth with his expert advice, honesty and integrity. His presence is sure to help guide people of all social strata.
The highlight of the program is that in this cut-throat competition, the young generation gives in to various food habits and med-aids (medicines/drugs), not realizing its ill-effects in the long term. To give insight on this phenomenon, Kailash Jadhav of Alivez Gym and Fitness will have an interactive session with the parents.
The event will be held on 10th July 2019 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, at The Morsel Restaurant and Banquet.
