Channel Black Out by cable operators | Vadodara

Vadodara : Cable operators of Vadodara district have done Channel blackout for two days i.e 29th & 30th December to protest against the new tariff imposed by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India ) New tariff will be costlier for consumers 

With this new tariff operators’ incomes may decrease by more than half if the TRAI order is enforced. Although TRAI has extended the date until 31st January to shift to the new tariff. TRAI in its order had said that viewers would be allowed to select and pay for individual television channels.
