No more ‘Char Char Bangadi Wali Gadi Lai Dau’ song to be performed at live concert, making Newcassettes: Court to Kinjal Dave oan ver alleged copyright issue.
Red Ribbon Entertainment Pvt. Ltd of Mumbai claims that song was original piece of Melbourne based Kathiawadi singer Kartik Patel which he uploaded on youtube in 2016 while Kinjal’s song with minor changes was uploaded later.
This legal battle is going on since 2.5 years and Kinjal said this song was originally written by Manubhai Rabari recorded at Saraswati Studio.
