Deaf and Mute, But Determined 22-year-old Dhruvi Patel from Manjalpur Secures A Job In Recruitment Fair

Vadodara city recently hosted a job recruitment fair tailored for women, welcoming numerous hopeful candidates. Among them was Dhruvi Patel, a resilient 22-year-old from Manjalpur, who overcame challenges of being hearing and speech impaired.

Despite her communication limitations, Dhruvi’s determination shone through. With a 12th-grade education and a year-long COPA course, she embarked on a journey that led her to Scheffler India Limited Company in Maneja. Dhruvi’s steadfast resolve paid off as she secured a job with a monthly salary of Rs. 12,000, making her dreams attainable and enabling her to stand confidently on her own.

At the Divyang recruitment fair, organized by the Vadodara Employment Office, Dhruvi Patel showcased her potential during an interview with Maneja’s Scheffler India Limited Company, resulting in her successful selection.

Dhruvi’s remarkable achievement was a collaborative effort, fueled by her ambition and support from the employment office. Her inspiring journey stands as a testament to overcoming adversity, and she hopes to inspire other young individuals facing financial difficulties.
