Door-step delivery of health services launched for the first time in the state as a pilot project by VMSS today.
This facility will help citizens of vadodara to get doorstep facilities of vaccination, blood pressure and hemoglobin check up. This initiative was taken up to provide the above mentioned facilities to the people easily and as fast as possible.
A lot of low lying areas have the problem of of getting timely medical attention during the time of emergency, with this service corporation hopes to provide necessary support to this need.
The scooter ambulance has VMSS logo in the front and has been named ‘Sanjeevni’ by VMSS. This service has been launched by mayor shri Jigna ben sheth and will be operative from Monday onwards. Initially there are two ambulances and will be operative in the southern region of the city i.e Tarsali, Maneja and Makarpura area of the city. VMSS has agreed to provide 30 liter petrol every month, this vehicle will also have a public announcement system along with all the necessary emergency medication services storage tank.
