District Collector Shalini Agarwal, on Wednesday, gave details regarding the pre-preparations for COVID-19 vaccination by organizing a meeting of the member of the District Coordinating Committee.
It has been planned to conduct a survey in the rural areas of the district to prepare a database of names, addresses, and mobile numbers of the citizens who are more than 50 years of age and under 50 years of age but have comorbidities.
Today, the door-to-door survey for the corona vaccine has started in Vadodara. 1,310 teams in the district will prepare the database of people in the age group of over 50 years and under with comorbidities. Two different lists are being prepared in the survey, over 50 years, and under 50 years. A separate list of individuals with the chronic disease under the age of 50 will be prepared.
After completing the survey from 10th to 13th December, the database is to be given on 14th December. The data of the taluka will be sent to the District Health Officer through the health officer of each taluka.
From Thursday the teams visited the villages of Sherkhi, Sindhrot, and Mahapura, and the survey will be completed by December 13th and the list will be sent to the government along with data entry.
