Family of three had a close escape before car went up in flames near Tarsali Bypass


On Thursday night, a couple and their son had a close call after their car caught fire near the Tarsali Bypass bridge. They were returning from a wedding reception. However, they were able to get out of the vehicle before it caught fire. The fire department came to the scene and put out the fire, but the car turned into complete wreckage.

A short circuit is believed to have ignited the fire in the car. Concerned authorities and police have launched an investigation into the event.

According to available information, on Thursday night, Mohsinbhai Salimbhai Ghanchi, a resident of Makarpura village’s Diwan Falia, drove to Pratapnagar for a wedding function. They were driving home late at night after attending the program when their automobile caught fire near the Tarsali bypass bridge. The family escapes and protects themselves in time. 

After receiving the information, the fire department arrived at the site and put out the fire. The car, however, was completely destroyed before it could be brought under control. Locals collected at the scene after the tragedy.

Mohsinbhai Ghachi said he was driving home with his family after dropping off a friend near the Tarsali bypass on his way home from a late-night wedding. As soon as he turned on the ignition, a spark from the bonnet ignited, resulting in a fire. As the fire in the automobile became more intense, they all rushed out and saved themselves.

In another incident, a huge fire broke out in two ATMs of SBI Bank on Gotri Sevasi Road near Vadodara city on Thursday night. The ATMs were gutted before the fire brigade contained the blaze. The loss of cash will be clear after the investigation.

Another incident occurred on Thursday night when a large fire broke out in two SBI Bank ATMs on Gotri Sevasi Road, Vadodara. The ATMs got destroyed before the fire department could put out the fire. After the investigation, the amount of money lost will get cleared.
