A father-son duo, who were originally from Vadodara are among the victims who tragically lost their lives in an attack on the Al Noor Mosque in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Rameez Vohra, aged 28, had moved to New Zealand nine years ago and used to work in a factory. He had become a father just a few days ago and his wife and newly born daughter were going to be discharged from the hospital on the day of the shooting.
Arif, an insurance agent, and his wife went to Christchurch, New Zealand to welcome their granddaughter into the world. The duo was on the missing persons’ list till today morning but now have been declared dead.
