Gujarat Government Authority has taken an initiative and launched a web portal named ‘Garvi’ for citizens to get all the essential details about the rates of their land/s. With a goal to make the process of buying and selling lands, simpler. This is a step taken by the Gujarat Government towards the welfare of its citizens.
Jantri rates will be available on the portal and will cover nearly all the districts. The names of districts covered are namely Ahmedabad, Amreli, Anand, Aravalli, Banaskantha, Bharuch, Bhavnagar, Botad, Chhota Udaipur, Dahod, Dang, Devbhoomi Dwarka, Gandhinagar, Gir Somnath, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Kutch, Kheda, Mahisagar, Mehsana, Morbi, Narmada, Navsari, Panchmahal, Patan, Porbandar, Rajkot, Sabarkantha, Surat, Surendranagar, Tapi, Vadodara, Valsad.
The procedure to know the updated rates for your land contains five steps:
- Visit the official website https://garvi.gujarat.gov.in/
- Select the jantri option on the web page.
- Enter required details asked on the page and
- The next step is to tap the calculate value button available at the bottom.
After following the simple steps mentioned above one can now have market value for one’s land.
