The state government recently announced its new IT policy for the development of the IT and ITeS sector. After that on Tuesday, the Gujarat government under the leadership of CM Bhupendra Patel signed MoU with QX Global Group Limited.
The MoU was signed by Snehal Patel, Deputy Director, Science Technology and Gujarat Representative, QX Global Group Limited in the field of business process management. Under this MoU, around 2,000 jobs will be generated in the IT sector in the coming days.
With the target of making the citizens ‘Atmanirbhar’ (Self-reliant India) the state government’s Department of Science and Technology had announced a new IT/ ITeS policy for the next five years to develop a robust ecosystem for the IT and digital sector. Further, congratulating QX Global for this initiative and partnership, CM Bhupendra Patel said that the state government would also provide necessary assistance in their Gujarat operations. He also mentioned the vision of CM Narendra Modi of making India self-reliant.
The CEO Frank Robbins had also joined through video conferencing. QX Global which was started in 2003-04 with collaboration in Ahmedabad, has now gained international fame with trained manpower of over 2300 IT sectors. Out of these 2300, most of the 1700 professionals are working in Gujarat.
