Health Forest at Kevadia becomes a source of employment for local youth

The world’s tallest sculpture of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at Kevadia known as the Statue of Unity turns into a significant tourist attraction for individuals across the world. Under the far-sighted planning of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, different tasks have been executed for the improvement of the statue. Thus, today Kevadia Holistic Tourism Development, an image of world solidarity, has gotten a center point of attraction for worldwide tourists. Around 37 youths are currently getting work in Health Forest.

The health forest attracts tourists from home and abroad to learn about the medicinal splendor of India.
The local guides are young men and women who are not from any big city but from Kevadia and surrounding areas who have been provided employment here as per their qualifications. They are happy after getting employment here.

During the development, a 12th pass Bhaveshbhai Tadvi of Phulwadi worked there as a day worker. And now he is presently working in Garden of Colors at Health woodland. As a guide, he gave minute data about the Garden of Colors to the visitors coming there to Health Forest. Bhavesh Tadvi expressed that he is happy to be selected as a guide by the forest department according to his qualifications. Not just that he presently doesn’t need to go somewhere else for work and ready to improve his way of life.

The narrative of Ravina Tadvi of Samsherpura is something different. After passing Std. 12, Ravina did a Computer course however was not able to get any job. Aside from being a guide at Health forest, Ravina likewise runs a golf cart and had the privilege to invite the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind.

This Health forest with various Vedic trees is spread in more than 17 sections of land. It is done with the intention to take care of the health and well-being of the human community. Here Yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation are given more importance. In the forest, five lakh medicinal seedlings of 380 unique species have been planted.
The forest has Lotus Lake, Garden of Colors, Alba Garden, Lutia Garden, Aroma Garden, Yoga and Meditation, Indoor Plant Section, Digital Information Center, Souvenir Shop, Cafeteria, and others.
The visitors get the facility of natural therapies by the specialists and expert staff from Kerala at the Health Wellness Center. Health Forest is situated at the foot of the Vindhyachal Range with a dense teak forest close by. To enjoy the view of sunrise and sunset, a special arrangement is also available. At such a point, one realizes the talent that tribal youths possess.
