Recently, Gujarat Police has undergone major changes as a total of 74 IPS and SPS have been transferred and promoted. Vadodara will soon see a new Police Commissioner, IGP, Joint Commissioner and three DCPs (Headquarter and Administration), Zone 3 and 4.
Today, IG H.G Patel took charge from IG Abhay Chudasama in a ceremony at the office as the new IG of Vadodara District. Patel arrived at Vadodara today and received a traditional welcome at the Vadodara Range IG’s Office. After receiving the salute from the band, Chudasama led the new IG to his room and formally offered him the chair to him. Abhay Chudasama has been transferred and appointed as IGP Gandhinagar Range, Gandhinagar.
