After listening to the representations made by the farmers of the Indian Farmers Union, the Collector vowed to solve the problem of the farmers.

A large number of farmers, led by the BJP’s wing, the Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, reached the collector’s office today and chanted slogans with banner posters in protest, sparking a nationwide agitation if their demands were not met in the near future. An application was submitted by the Indian Farmers Union to the Collector today with various demands on various issues including inadequate prices for farmers at the Collectorate as well as the inadequate facility of fixed charge irrigation in crop insurance agricultural power feeders.

On the one hand, there is a decrease in rainfall, while on the other hand, the situation has worsened due to the difficulties faced by the farmers in terms of nutritional value, compensation for loss of cotton cultivation, and land acquisition.
