We have always thought about how girls should dress up, and how girls should make themselves presentable. But have we ever discussed on what boys or men should wear or even how they should conduct themselves? Probably not, unless you are from a very empowered household or from a female-dominated house.
Well, here is an interesting read on the Tata’s new takeover, Air India airlines. Recently they released list of grooming rules for their male and female staff. Let us check what were the rules released for male staff:
The use of hair gel is mandatory
Those with deep receding hairlines or bald patches must shave their heads and keep a bald look. Male cabin crew requiring a fully bald look must shave their head daily.
Surprisingly crew cut is not permitted.
Cover grey hair in a natural shade.
It is not permitted to wear black or religious thread on the wrist, neck, or ankle.
Well, grooming in 21st century especially in 2020s has became a hot topic, even men have started taking care of their bodies, especially having a skincare routine. We think it is valid for giving men a ‘Nahi Chalta Hai’ list. What do you think?
