Lockdown 4.0 guidelines for Gujarat, Read here

Today CM Vijay Rupani gave a detailed explanation of guidelines for Lockdown 4.0 implementation in Gujarat.

These guidelines are based on two-zone 1) Containment Zone 2) Non-Containment Zone

 

  • No relaxation in Containment zone, other than essential services
  • Selling of essential good in containment zone from 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m only
  • Based on number of cases and situation, list of containment zone and non-containment zone will keep on changing after the review.
  • In Non-containment zone shops/industry/offices can open from 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m
  • Curfew from 7:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m
  • School/Colleges/Gym/Swimming Pool/Religious places/ Mass gathering/Malls/Theater will remain close completely in whole Gujarat
  • Restaurants can operate in Non-Containment Zone for home deliveries, but they need to ensure that delivery person doesn’t become super spreader
  • Barber Shop/Salons can operate in Non-Containment Zone but they need to follow the guidelines
  • Auto-Rickshaw service will be started in whole Gujarat other than Ahmedabad and Surat. Maximum two passengers can sit in Auto.
  • Cab services will be operational with one driver and maximum two passenger
  • Shops are allowed to open in shopping complex but in odd-even date system and ensure social distance is maintained and not more than 5 customers in the shop
  • Labours/Shop keepers of containment zone wont be allowed to go outside their area.
  • In Whole Gujarat GSRTC buses will start but no buses will be allowed to go inside or outside Ahmedabad.
  • Marriages will be allowed with 50 guests and Funeral with 20 people. Everyone has to maintain social distance.
  • All kinds of shops including Pan Galla will be allowed to open in Non-Containment Zone but only Take-Aways allowed.
  • Public libraries allowed to open in Non-Containment zone with 60% capacity
  • Restaurants on Highway can operate
  • Office with 33% capacity can operate in a non-containment zone
  • All workshops/garage/repairing shops can operate in Non- Containment zone
  • One person allowed on two-wheeler
  • Goods transporter allowed to operate

All these guidelines are effective from 19th May to 31st May. Masks will be sold at every Amul Parlor. 3 layer mask at Rs5 and N-95 Mask at Rs 65
