A meeting of the member officers of the District Coordinating Committee was organized by Vadodara District Collector, Shalini Agarwal where she gave detailed guidance regarding the pre-preparations for COVID-19 vaccination.
As per the discussion held in the meeting, it has been planned to conduct a survey in the rural areas of the district to prepare a database of names, addresses, and mobile numbers of the citizens who are more than 50 years of age and under 50 years of age but have comorbidities.
For this, the Provincial Officials and Mamlatdars will form teams in the same way as they form teams per polling station during elections. These teams will survey the area of the polling station and prepare the database in an excel sheet according to the polling station.
After completing the survey from 10th to 13th December, the database is to be given on 14th December. The data of the taluka will be sent to the District Health Officer through the Health Officer of each taluka. The Deputy Collector at Vadodara, Stamp Duty has been entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating all these operations.
Chief District Health Officer Dr. Tilawat gave detailed guidance on preparing a database of government officials-employees of all the departments on-duty in the Vadodara City District. Officers were present in the meeting.
