Mobile Veterinary Dispensary (MVD) saved life of a cow

The Mobile Veterinary Dispensary (MVD) has been proved a boon for language-less animals. The veterinarian of the veterinary hospital in Kamrol village of Vaghodia taluka successfully treated the mutilated body of the cow and saved the life of the cow.

A team of veterinarians from Amreshwar, a mobile veterinary hospital operating in Vaghodia taluka of Vadodara district, was on a visit to Kamrol village as per their schedule. Dr. Alpesh of Bijal Trivedi, Dr. Bhavik Patel, and driver Ajit.

The cow was found to be in labour and the calf was delivered successfully but the cow had further complications. Luckily, the MVD team was in Kamrol village and reached the spot after the owner of the cow contacted them. The team cleaned the cow and performed the surgery. 

In the Vadodara district, in collaboration with GVK EMRI and Gujarat Animal Husbandry Department, 14 Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs) are functional.
