With increasing population and development, Vadodara city needs extended police force security. The world’s tallest statue, the Statue of Unity at Kevadia Colony in Narmada district from which the nearest city is Vadodara, which has an airport and a railway station through which VVIP Movement often takes place. Special vigilance is required for smooth security arrangements. With this in mind, the Vadodara City Police Commissioner’s Office has accepted the proposal of the Government to approve new posts of officers/employees, to approve new police stations as well as to create new quarters for officers / employees for Police Welfare.
