Parents continue their protest against 25% waiver of school fees at Gandhinagar Gruh

Annoyed by the state government’s announcement of 25%  relief in school fees, the Vadodara Parents Association today demanded 50% relief in fees by garlanding the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at Gandhinagar Gruh on Gandhi Jayanti. A large number of members of the Vadodara Parents Association were present there and sung Ramdhun to oppose the 25% relief in fees given by the government.

Leaders of the Vadodara Parents’ Association said that the income of the guardians has decreased and the concern of every parent to pay their child’s fees, the problem of support the family has also taken a huge turn. At this time, the parents of Gujarat were waiting for the State Government to reduce the children’s fees by 50% this year.

Today the parents peacefully protested on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti at Gandhinagar Gruh.” The government really seems to be helping the school administrators instead of standing with the parents in this epidemic,” said the parents present there.

The announcement of a 25% fee waiver by the government has also raised some questions which need to be addressed by them immediately. The government has not yet issued an ordinance. Within this ordinance, instead of 25 %, they demand that only a 50% tuition fee be charged.
