Parul Sevashram Hospital; is a 750-bed multi-specialty and super specialty accredited teaching hospital that recently inaugurated its Transplant Unit Surgical Speciality Complex is a state-of-the-art facility aimed to provide the best patient care at an affordable cost. Chief guest Dr. Vineet Mishra (Director, IKDRC Ahmedabad) and guest of honor Dr. Hitendrabhai Patel (Chairman, Standing Committee, VMC), inaugurated the complex on 15th September 2022 The complex is equipped with modular operation theatres providing a structure of the highest quality standards; using the most advanced techniques and technologies. Ultra-modern transplant rooms (Each having HEPA filters) have been designed to streamline the workflow, minimize the infection rate, and deliver better patient outcomes. The Viewing Gallery is conceptualized to have patient and relative virtual contact. The Transplant unit is functional with an Expert team of Nephrologists, Urologists, Transplant surgeons, Intensivists, and skilled Paramedic staff to ensure better patient outcomes. Kidney, Liver, Heart, and all other possible transplants can be done in this complex, it will be a boon to patients with end-stage organ failure undergoing transplantation at our hospital and the hospitals across Gujarat.
