Leading the Future of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Parul University

Parul University Leads Innovation and Entrepreneurship with AICTE and MoE’s FDP Initiative

Parul University, a leading multidisciplinary institution in Vadodara, has joined 50 institutions nationwide to host a transformative 5-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Innovation & Entrepreneurship. This initiative, in collaboration with AICTE and the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, aims to empower 10,000 educators to drive India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Atmanirbhar Bharat” and “Startup India.”

The program, focused on creating robust entrepreneurial ecosystems in academic institutions, saw 55 faculties from Gujarat and neighboring states participating in hands-on learning experiences. Esteemed speakers, including Dr. Ramanan Ramanathan from Atal Innovation Mission, Mr. Yogesh Brahmankar from the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, and industry leaders like Rohit Swarup of Futurz Xplored and CA Swati Panchal of GenZCFO, shared valuable insights on startup incubation, intellectual property rights, and funding opportunities.

Through expert-led sessions, educators gained critical knowledge to mentor future entrepreneurs, foster innovation, and contribute to India’s growing startup landscape. Parul University’s active role in this national initiative further cements its position as a hub of innovation, education, and entrepreneurship, contributing to India’s goal of becoming a global innovation leader.
