It was just three days ago when a 1.5 kg fish was found from the water tank in Manjalpur.
But it looks like that’s not the end of the water woes for the people of Manjalpur.
Today, dead prawns were found in the water tank.
This water tank provides drinking water to more than 50,000 people living in Manjalpur area. Till now it hasn’t been possible to stop fishes and prawns coming in with the water of Ajwa and Narmada. Efforts to clean the tank is still underway.
