Since the city will be witnessing the grand 142nd Rath Yatra tomorrow, the traffic police department has released a map and list of closed routes with their timings and the alternative routes for the same, Amdavadis, check the details below for a better understanding:
Khamsa Crossroads to Jamalpur Crossroads will be closed from 2 am onwards and the alternative route will be Raikhad Crossroads, Victoria Garden, Riverfront, Phool Bazaar, Geeta Mandir
Raikhad Crossroads to Astodiya Darwaja will be closed from 5 am to 11 am and 7 pm onwards and the alternative route will be Raikhad Crossroads to Jamalpur Gaekwad Haveli and Astodiya Crossroads to Geeta Mandir, Jamalpur Bridge, Sardar Bridge, Paldi.
Astodiya Chakla to Kalupur Circle will be closed from 9 am to 4:30 pm and the alternative route will be Kamdar Crossroads, Haribhai Godani Cricle, Potliya Crossroads, Nirmalpura Crossroads, Chamunda Bridge, Chaman Pura Circle, Asarva Bridge, Idgah Cricle.
Sarangpur Circle to Kalupur Circle, Kalupur Bridge, Saraspur will be closed from 9 am to 6:30 pm and the alternative route is Kalupur Railway Station, Anil Starch Mill Road, Haribhai Godani Circle.
Kalupur Circle, Prem Darwaja, Dariyapur Darwaja, Dilli Chakla will be closed from 9:30 am to 6:30 om and the alternative route will be Incometax, Gandhi Bridge, Rahat Circle, Dilli Darwaja, Idgah Circle.
Delhi Chakla, Shahpur Darwaja, Shahpur Chakla, Rangeela Chowki, RC High School, Ghee Kanta Crossroads, Paankor Naka, Manek Chowk, Gol Limda will be closed from 7:30 pm onwards and the alternative route will be Dilli Darwaja, Shahpur Crossroads, Bhavans College Road, Lemontree, Rupali, Vijli Ghar, Lal Darwaja.
