Dr. Mrs. Sulbha Sathe. M.A. Psych. Homeopathy practitioner. Author. Poet. Single parent.
.
Unexpectedly abandoned by her husband, she had no other option other than raising her 5-month-old daughter. All. By. Herself.
Living in Indore and with her mother’s undying support, Mrs. Sathe worked to make ends meet. The sole purpose in her life was..her daughter, Madhvi who turned out to be a very bright and hard-working girl. She supported her mother in all that she undertook. Mrs. Sathe’s struggles finally gave fruit when her daughter made her proud by becoming an Engineer and got placed at Infosys!
Her deeds are an addition to her potential personality. She is a writer of short motivational stories, has published books with 15-20 short stories on Women Empowerment, has done M.A. in Psychology and has practiced Homeopathy.
Now at the age of 68, Mrs. Sathe decided to settle in Vadodara, all by herself. She has lost 80-90% of her vision and can only perceive light; no images. With her daughter married and miles away from her in the US, she understands that her daughter has a family now and cannot be bothered anymore. Recently turned a grandmother; Mrs. Sathe visits her daughter in the US every year but apart from that..she is alone and does the household chores by herself.
In the end, all she wants is some human interaction, somebody to talk to. As she looks back at her life, she has no regrets. She has accepted all that life has thrown at her and still continues to conquer at life..
*If anyone wishes to visit her twice/thrice a week to help her in grocery shopping, paying electric bill, someone to talk to, buying medicine, bank work etc. can INBOX US*
