Today after the Ministry of Home Affairs published the new guidelines for lockdown 4.0, Vijay Rupani announced that Central government notification will be implemented in Gujarat from Tuesday morning.
Virtual meetings with all district level officers and commissioners will be held and SOPs and modified guidelines will be framed as per containment zones and non-containment zone.
There will be relaxation given outside the containment zone.
– Industries outside the containment zone will be given permission to operate.
– GSTRCT and City bus service outside the containment zone will be allowed to operate as per SOP.
– Curfew will be implemented from 7:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m as per Central government notification.
– Relaxation will be given to operate rickshaw and cab service as per SOP
– Shops/Offices outside containment will be allowed to operate as per SOP, rules will be framed keeping all rules in mind.
– Restaurant home delivery rules will be announced tomorrow.
– Anyone who spits in public will be fined Rs 200
– Those who won’t wear a mask in public, Rs 200 fine will be charged.
