Roaring Delight: Ekta Nagar Jungle Safari Welcomes Four Playful Lion Cubs on World Lion Day

“Jungle Safari’s Lion Maternity: An Endearing Tale of Shraddha and Suleh’s Growing Family”

In a heartwarming celebration of World Lion Day, the Ekta Nagar Jungle Safari witnessed an enchanting moment as four spirited lion cubs stepped into a new world within their massive enclosure. Born just three months ago to the renowned lion couple, Shraddha and Suleh, these young cubs – Ganga, Jamuna, Saraswati, and a yet-to-be-named male – embarked on their first adventure outside their den, bringing joy to all who witnessed their playful antics.

Located within the Sardar Patel Zoological Park, the Ekta Nagar-based Jungle Safari has evolved into a lion maternity home, echoing the natural wonders of the Gir forest. The successful reproduction and nurturing of these cubs signify a significant achievement for the diligent team of animal caretakers and medical experts.

Last year, Shraddha and Suleh delighted us with two cubs, and this year, they blessed us with four more, transforming their pride into the star attraction of the safari. With their mischievous nature, the lion cubs have turned the jungle into a playground, captivating the hearts of tourists and locals alike.

As the cubs took their first steps into the wide world, the dedicated staff of the Jungle Safari beamed with pride, ensuring a safe and memorable environment for these young explorers. Their charming personalities have earned them names that resonate with our culture – Ganga, Jamuna, Saraswati, and the male cub, soon to be named.
