Exim Club, a Non-Government Organization (NGO) involved in export and import services, is celebrating its 27th year at Vadodara. The main work of the organization is to mediate between the members in resolving issues pertaining to various government agencies such as DGFT, GST department, ICDS, Customs, Ports, and Commerce Department.
Every two years the organization invites nominations from the members of the organization in different categories like Best Exporter, Best Importer, Best SME, Best Innovative Product, Best New Development of Market, and the winners are announced and felicitated with awards, trophies, and honors.
This year the Awards 2020 Ceremony was held on February 23, 2021, where the winners were felicitated by the organization. Serum Institute, Pune, a member of the organization, has developed and distributed Covishield medicine under their self-reliant India in the great war against Corona all over India and around the world were honored by the President’s Special Award at the event. Srikant Kulkarni and Govidhan Joshi from Export Department were present from the company.
Ashok Kumar Mehta, Principal Chief Commissioner, Central Goods, and Services Tax, Vadodara Division graced the occasion with a special presence. As many as 15 awards in various fields of business and industry were announced during the event.
