A Shaheed Virtual Run is organized in Vadodara to honor the martyrs who laid down their lives for the motherland.
23rd March 1931 was the day when three great martyrs Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar & Shivram Rajguru laid their lives for our country. An event has been organized to honoring the sacrifice of our unforgettable heroes.
Shaheed Virtual Run is being organized by From Start To Finish (FSTF) on March 21, 2021. It will be in the 21 km, 10 km, and 5 km category for which the runners have to register. One can register by clicking on the following link http://bit.ly/2YDyAow and one can also opt for an exclusive Unique Personalized Trophy. A virtual marathon can be run (or walked) from any location you like. You can choose to run, jog, or walk on the road, in a park, on the treadmill depending on your convenience. You get to choose the place, pace, and time of your run.
Krishan Gopal Malu and Payal Krishangopal Malu, brand couple ambassador, Vadodara are leading the event from the city. Krishan started running and walking daily on 1st October 2018 and had completed more than 886 days of nonstop running and walking 10,637 km journey. Payal started running and walking daily on 14th June 2020 and till today had completed more than 264 days of nonstop running and walking of 2,547 km journey.
From Start To Finish run (FSTF run), the community was started a year back to increase awareness of fitness among people. Many medical professionals and doctors recommend that walking is the best way to start being fit. Over the period walking evolves into running. FSTF run’s motto is to motivate everyone to start taking running challenges and never quit till it is achieved.
They believe that individuals can run anytime anywhere hence they mainly focused on Virtual Run Events wherein people from all over India can participate.
