Surat Police’s Compassionate Efforts: Mega Blood Donation Camp for Thalassemia-Affected Children

Every month, Surat Police takes the lead in organizing a mega blood camp, and this time, Rander, Adajan, and Pal Police, in collaboration with private schools, came together to conduct a blood donation camp with a noble cause – to support children battling thalassemia. The target of collecting over 2000 units of blood bottles in this monthly blood donation camp was set to aid these young warriors in their fight against the genetic disorder.

Surat Police has earned a reputation as a champion of humanitarian work, engaging in various socially useful programs to serve the community. Staying true to their ethos, a joint effort by Rander, Adajan, and Pal police brought forth a heartening blood camp in the Adajan area. The primary focus was to organize a blood donation drive specifically aimed at supporting children affected by thalassemia, and this time, a private school lent its cooperation to make the initiative a success.

The continuity of these blood donation camps every month for thalassemia-affected children reflects the steadfast commitment of Surat Police towards making a positive impact on society.
