Teen flees from home to Goa and spent money in clubs

On 19 December, a 14-year-old resident of Rajmahal Road left for Goa without informing his parents.
However, it was cut short after cops caught him from Pune when he almost ran out of cash. Cops said he splurged it all recklessly in clubs there and was buying a sim card for a more luxurious life in the coming days.
The self-indulgent Class X student was pulled home from Pune on Saturday. As per details, his parents had scolded him for not focussing on his studies, and his grandfather had scolded him too which angered him that everyone in the house was targeting him and he left the house.

As soon as he got the chance, he went directly to the railway station in an auto. At the Railway Station when he was requested for an Aadhaar Card, which he didn’t have, he went directly to Amitnagar circle and took a bus to Pune. From Pune, he took another bus to Goa.

A case of abduction was registered at Navapura police station since he is a minor. The following day, they realized that he had additionally taken Rs 1.5 lakh money with him.

Police said that he spent around Rs 1 lakh in Goa. As he understood that his cash was draining, he got back to Pune and purchased a sim card. He went to a travel office since he was wanting to return to Gujarat, but not home. When he inserted the new sim card and turned on his mobile, Vadodara Police immediately discovered his area. Cops reached the travel office to guarantee that the boy would not leave.

Vadodara Police asked the Pune Police to keep the boy under their watch. On December 25 evening, Navapura police took the boy’s care and brought him back on Saturday.
