Tragic accident near Chhotaudepur between ST bus and a car, 4 dead

Four people were killed in a tragic accident that took place near Chuchhapura village in Sankheda taluka of Chhotaudepur district. The accident took place between the ST bus and car around 2.30 late at night. Locals rushed to the spot following the accident and carried out rescue operations. They informed the police, who rushed to the spot and conducted further investigation.

The bonnet of the car was badly damaged in the accident. The front was crushed and forced the rescuers to break the door to get the bodies of the dead. Locals smashed the doors and pulled out the bodies, as well as JCB machines, were used for relief operations and to move the car away.

A preliminary police investigation has revealed that all the victims were from Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh when a white Hyundai Creta car (of Madhya Pradesh ) crashed at midnight. Police are conducting further investigations into the matter.

S.T. bus was found to be of Kalawad-Rajkot-Chhotaudepur route.  However, no casualties were reported among the passengers aboard the bus. People trapped in the car were evacuated and all four bodies have been taken to Sankheda Government Hospital for postmortem. The names of the deceased are Patel Dineshbhai,
Ishwarbhai Karshanbhai Gurjar, Rajeshbhai Devarambhai Gurjar, Gyarshilal.
