Vadodara ACB team has arrested two constables for accepting bribes because of releasing a truck from Krajan toll plaza.
A truck loaded with buffaloes and calves was stopped at Karjan Toll Plaza. The two constables who arrested him, Sanjay Machi and Vikram Kaptan, asked him to pay a fine of Rs 30,000 to release the truck. Another man, Sandeep Bhatt, joined the duo.
After the owner paid up Rs 10,000, and he asked for more time to pay the rest of the amount. He approached the ACB and based on that information, the team led a trap in Moti Mahal hotel in Karjan and nabbed the trio by setting up a trap.
