Vadodara will get its first sculpture made by children by May end. The foundation stone for the project was laid earlier this week by a group of 35 children within the 10 years to 14 years age group and has been initiated by the Sarjan Art Gallery.
It will be installed at the crossroad under the Sayaji underpass. Around 35 children will work on the sculpture which will be made of cement, will be 15-20 feet tall and will be a homage to the martyrs of our military force. The children will work on it from 7:30 am to 10:30 am in the morning and 5pm to 7pm everyday in the evening.
