Vadodara’s Prevention of Crime Branch (PCB) Police Inspector RC Kanmiya received a piece of information about a prostitution racket that was functioning through telephonic contact by a woman in a rented house on Danteshwar Road in Makarpura Police Station area. Based on the tip, the team raided the spot and busted the flesh trade racket by arresting three people out which two were women running the racket with INR 59,330 cash.
During the preliminary interrogation, it was found that the woman involved in the racket used to call other men and women at her rented house. The team arrested four women along with the customer and booked them under the immoral trafficking act. Two were rescued by the team from the illegal flesh trade.
