What’s your poison? Is it Rasgulla Chai? Or Any Other ‘Chai’ Combination?

Recently Amdavadis fascinating over the ‘Rasgulla Chai’. Well, this is not the first time we are finding such ‘bizzare’ dishes, there have been several other experiments happening under the name of ‘fusion foods’.

No that we are complaining some of them are probably drool-worthy, where aren’t! But the interesting part of this Rasgulla Chai is that the society is actually divided into two groups when it comes these two special COFFEE and CHAI! Especially when we talk about young generations, they prefer fusion not just in music but fashion sense (Sabyasachi mixed up with Forever 21) and now food as well.

If you’ve been keeping up with the latest food trends on social media, you may have come across a peculiar drink that has been making waves recently: Rasgulla Chai. The drink, which is a unique combination of two beloved Indian delicacies, has been leaving many people confused and curious at the same time.

Recently we saw actor Ashish Vidyarthi was seen sipping on Rasgulla Chai in a video that went viral on social media. Since then, many people have been trying to figure out what this unusual drink is all about.

So, what exactly is Rasgulla Chai? As the name suggests, it’s a combination of Rasgulla and Chai. Rasgulla is a popular Bengali sweet made of chhena (cottage cheese) that is boiled in a sugar syrup, while Chai is the quintessential Indian tea that is made with milk, tea leaves, and spices.

To make Rasgulla Chai, you first need to prepare the Rasgulla. Once the Rasgulla is ready, it is placed at the bottom of a glass, and then hot Chai is poured over it. The idea behind this unique combination is to create a sweet and spicy drink that satisfies both your sweet tooth and your love for tea.

While some people have praised the combination for its unique taste and texture, others have been more skeptical. Some have even called it a sacrilege to mix two beloved delicacies together.

Despite the mixed reviews, Rasgulla Chai seems to be gaining popularity, with many people trying it out for themselves. Some cafes and restaurants have even started to offer it on their menus, with variations such as Rose Rasgulla Chai and Chocolate Rasgulla Chai.

In conclusion, Rasgulla Chai may seem like an unusual combination, but it’s just another example of how food can bring people together and create new experiences. Whether you love it or hate it, it’s definitely a drink worth trying at least once.

Do let us know whether this results in Sugar Rush!
