WR to run three more special trains to different destinations

For the convenience of passengers, Western Railway decides to run three more special trains between Bandra Terminus- Gorakhpur, Surat – Khurda Road & Ahmedabad-Khurda Road. While one more H.Nizamuddin- Madgaon special train will run on Western Railway via Vadodara & Surat.

According to a press release issued by WR CPRO Sumit Thakur, Train No 05068/ 05067 Bandra Terminus-Gorakhpur Weekly Special will run from 30th September till further notice. Train No 02828/02827 Surat-Khurda Road Weekly Superfast Special will run from 27th September to 20th October 2020, and Train No 08408/ 08407 Ahmedabad – Khurda Road Weekly Special will run from 30th Sept to 24th Oct. 2020.

Similarly, train No 02414/ 02413 H.Nizamuddin-Madgaon Bi-weekly Rajdhani Superfast Special train will run from 2nd October 2020 till further notice. This pair of special trains will run as per monsoon & non-monsoon timings as mentioned below. Monsoon timings are up to 31st October 2020, thereafter this pair of the train will run on non-monsoon timings.

Details of all the above-mentioned trains are as follows:-

Train No 05068/ 05067 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur Weekly Special
Train No 05068 Bandra T-Gorakhpur Special will leave Bandra T every Friday from 2nd October 2020 at 00.20 hrs & will reach Gorakhpur at 17.35 hrs the next day. Similarly, Train No 05067 Gorakhpur-Bandra T will leave Gorakhpur every Wednesday w.e.f 30th September 2020 at 05.30 hrs & will reach Bandra T. at 19.10 hrs the next day.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Udhna Jn, Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Bhusaval Jn, Khandwa, Harda, Itarsi Jn, Habibganj, Vidisha, Jhansi Jn, Orai, Kanpur Central, Lucknow, Barabanki Jn, Gonda Jn, Balrampur, Jharkhandi F, Tulsipur, Barhni, Shohratgarh, Siddharth Nagar and Anand Nagar in both directions. This train comprises of AC 2 Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper Class, and Second class seating coaches.

Train No 02828/02827 Surat- Khurda Road Weekly Superfast Special
Train No 02828 Surat – Khurda Road special will leave Surat every Tuesday from 29th September 2020 at 08.30 hrs & will reach Khurda Road at 15.30 hrs the next day. This train will run up to 20th Oct. 2020. Similarly, Train No 02827 Khurda Rd – Surat special will leave Khurda Road every Sunday on 27th September 2020 at 20.40 hrs & will reach at Surat at 03.20 hrs on Tuesday.

This train will run up to 18th Oct. 2020. Enroute this train will halt at Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Nagpur, Gondia Jn., Durg, Raipur, Kantabanji, Titlagarh, Balangir, Bargarh Rd, Sambalpur, Angul, Talcher Rd, Dhenkanal, and Bhubaneswar stations in both directions. This train comprises of AC 2 Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper Class, and Second class seating coaches.

Train No 08408 Ahmedabad – Khurda Road Special train will leave from Ahmedabad on every Saturday at 00.15 hrs from 3rd October 2020 & will reach Khurda Road at 14.30 hrs the next day. This train will run up to 24th October 2020. Similarly, Train No 08407 Khurda Road – Ahmedabad Special train will leave from Khurda Road every Wednesday on 30th September 2020 at 10.40 hrs. & will reach Ahmedabad on Friday at 03.20 hrs. This train will run up to 21st October 2020.

The train will halt at Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Badnera, Wardha, Chandrapur, Balharshah Jn, Sirpur Kaghaz Nagar, Manchiryal, Ramagundam, Warangal, Vijaywada, Elluru, Rajahmundry, Anakapalle, Duvvada, Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Rd and Brahmapur stations in both directions. The train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3- Tier, Sleeper Class, and Second class seating coaches.

Train No 02414 H. Nizamuddin -Madgaon Special will leave H. Nizamuddin every Friday & Saturday from 2nd October 2020 at 11.35 hrs & will reach Madgaon the next day at 14.20 hrs (during monsoon) & at 12.50 hrs (during non-monsoon). Similarly, Train No 02413 Madgaon- H.Nizamuddin will leave Madgaon Jn. every Sunday & Monday w.e.f 4th October 2020 at 11.00 hrs (during monsoon) & at 10.30 hrs (during non-monsoon) & reach H. Nizamuddin at 16.45 hrs.
