The people from Vadodara traveling to countries in Africa and South America will now get the yellow fever vaccine in the city itself. The Yellow Fever Vaccine is mandatory for those who travel to Africa and South American countries on student, business, and other visas. It is a huge relief for Barodians since the vaccine which was earlier available in Ahmedabad will get that vaccine in their city. Now the vaccine has been made available at Padmavati Shopping Center near Surasagar Lake in Vadodara city. The centre was inaugurated by Vadodara Mayor Keyur Rokadia today. He said the yellow fever vaccine would be given two days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Vadodara from 3 pm to 6 pm with Rs. 500 charges.
